CIBC's model operates on two wheels: theoretical wheel of consulting and the practical wheel of sourcing/marketing.

Theoretical wheel: By saying theoretical wheel, we provide our clients with more than just research data or impractical suggestion. With our recommendations on courses of actions, we assist our clients with their entrepreneurial decisions by offering exceptional ideas and goal oriented solutions. Our results are implementation-focused and fits for their individual questions.

Practical wheel: involves sourcing Chinese products/services as a buying agent, marketing foreign products/services for the clients as well as directly taking part in business communication, technology transfer, investment in China, localization and translation. Based on our implementation-focused solutions and our nationwide support network, we are able to help many clients solve their practical problems facing when expanding their business into China.

Our Operation System

Our operation system is client-focused which utilizes all the necessary resources to significantly improve services toward our clients. The project team members are selected from CIBC's global network to solve the clients' specific problem. Assistances are provided through the CIBC internal and external support department for the team to complete projects perfectly.
